Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we’ll prorate any billing adjustments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and can accommodate ACH transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts required. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
What if I need more team members?
Essentials includes 1 team member and 3 viewers. Plus includes up to 5 team members and 20 viewers—enough seats for most growing church communications teams. Upgrade anytime if you start on Essentials and need more collaborators.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically begin, and the card you used during sign-up will be charged based on the plan you selected. If you’d prefer not to continue, cancel before the trial ends—no surprises, no pressure.
